Social Media Assistant
Wanted: 2 volunteers
Description of volunteer work:
– Social Media Management: maintaining social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), preparing and publishing content (articles, calls for participants, videos of exchanges and multimedia content related to Strive!, Erasmus + and other mobility programs)
– creating the newsletter for members and partners,
– taking care of content and the visual appearance of the website and media channels.
Time and place of volunteering:
– casual and flexible working hours, 8h per week (10h if needed) in a period of one year (long- term volunteer)
– 5 hours in the preparation phase
– the place of work: from home (personal computer required)
Volunteer profile:
– a young, motivated and self-interested person ready for independent work,
– able to communicate and write in English,
– digital competences: MS Office, basics of Digital Marketing,
– desirable knowledge of graphic design.

Participant Coordinator
Wanted: 2 volunteers
Description of volunteer work:
– being in charge of the participants’ selection process,
– checking applications of candidates (necessary documentation, answers in the application forms),
– making a decision who is going to a project,
– writing emails to candidates (letter of acceptance, letter of rejection),
– providing necessary information to participants and distributing project tasks,
– answering questions of participants and helping them with preparation for the project and dissemination after the project.
Time and place of volunteering:
– casual and flexible working hours, 8h per week (10h if needed) in a period of one year (long- term volunteer),
– 5 hours in the preparation phase,
– the place of work: from home (personal computer required).
Volunteer profile:
– the young and motivated team player,
– able to communicate and write in English and Croatian,
– a person who likes to help others with providing information and answering questions,
– a decision-maker who is interested in Human Resources.

Partnership Coordinator
Wanted: 2 volunteers
Description of volunteer work:
– being in charge of the continuation of mobility projects,
– searching and reviewing calls for partnership,
– providing information and answering questions to potential partners on the behalf of the organization,
– maintaining the database of signed partnerships and approved projects,
– updating Personal Identification Form (PIF) and List of approved projects 3 times per year (January, March, September),
– signing mandates on the behalf of the organization after approval,
– corresponding with international partners.
Time and place of volunteering:
– casual and flexible working hours, 8h per week (10h if needed) in a period of one year (long- term volunteer),
– working mostly during January, March and September before Erasmus deadline.
– 10 hours in the preparation phase,
– the place of work: from home (personal computer required).
Volunteer profile:
– a young and motivated team player,
– with very good knowledge of English especially in writing,
– a trustworthy and responsible person with good organizational skills,
– a person interested in international cooperation,
– digital competences: MS Office, Google tools, the Facebook user.

Project Manager
Wanted: 1 volunteer
Description of volunteer work:
– being in charge of all approved mobility projects,
– keeping a record of each phase of every project,
– planning partnerships, publications, selection processes, evaluation, dissemination activities and budget of the organization,
– being responsible for all participants and their travel arrangements,
– taking care of participants documentation,
– distributing tasks to all volunteers,
– suggesting project ideas and writing project applications,
– providing monthly reports to the Organization Board.
Time and place of volunteering:
– flexible working hours, 10h-20h per week in a period of one year (long- term volunteer),
– 40 hours in the preparation phase,
– the place of work: from home (personal computer required).
*Possibility of employment if your project gets approved.
Volunteer profile:
– motivated young person with great organizational skills,
– excellent communication skills in English and Croatian,
– a person with experience in participating in Erasmus + projects and writing project applications (Erasmus+ or local government),
– a trustworthy and responsible person who is passionate about international cooperation and teamwork,
– a person who would love an international youth work career,
– digital competences: MS Office, Google tools, Online communication tools, good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
