I’m not from Croatia. Can I participate in your project?
If you are a resident of Croatia, you can apply on time and we can consider your application. But if you live in another country, according to the Erasmus rules, we can’t send you to the project.
I’m an Erasmus student in Croatia and I would like to participate in your project. Can I apply?
You can apply, and maybe also go to the project, but you have to freeze your Erasmus scholarship while you participate in another Erasmus + project so you can avoid double funding. It’s a bit complicated so we suggest you be patient, take full advantage of the student exchange and apply for a new project when you come back to your home country.
What is the travel budget?
Travel budget is the maximum amount of money you can afford to spend on all travel tickets (aeroplane, bus, train, boat, …) to get to the project location and back home which we ensure to be reimbursed to you after the mobility ends.
What is reimbursement?
If you are an official participant in the project, then you have a right to get back money for your travel tickets up to a maximum travel budget. Of course, you have to make sure that you have all your original invoices and tickets as proof of your travel to a project location and back home.
When I’m going to get my reimbursement?
That depends on you, your travel team and the organizer of mobility. Sometimes there is a possibility you can get reimbursement on the last day of the project and sometimes you need to wait for a few months. If you prepared all your original tickets and send them by post a few days after the mobility, the chances you will get reimbursement sooner are increasing.
Should I make a copy of my tickets?
Yes. That would be always recommended. Save all your invoices in one file, make a copy or take a clear picture of the original tickets. Make sure to have proof of money you have spent to get to a project and back home.
Can I get reimbursed if I didn’t participate in the project?
Well, no. To get the reimbursement you have to attend at least 80% of the project activities.
