With your contribution, we aim to assist at least 100 people by providing them with ecological, reusable menstrual products. Together, we can address menstrual poverty while protecting the planet.

Every year, billions of disposable menstrual products pollute our planet. Yet, for many, eco-friendly options remain inaccessible. With your help, we’ll provide sustainable dignity kits that include:
- Reusable menstrual pads (when water access allows)
- Soap, underwear, and essential hygiene products

About the Project
And.Period is a youth initiative led by five organizations across Europe:

- Tolerance In You (Ukraine)
Funded by the ERASMUS+ program, And.Period promotes open dialogue about menstruation, dismantles stigmas, and fosters inclusivity worldwide.
Our partner, ActionAID Spain (Alianza por la Solidaridad), ensures your donations reach those who need them most, working with trusted local organizations in Gaza (Wefaq, Al-Awda Health & Community Association) and Ukraine (Insight, Sphere, NGO Girls).
