Project summary
“eMPL@Y” is an Erasmus+ project developed in the format of a Training Course for youth workers and
educators who have witnessed the consequences of Covid19 in the sector of youth employability. The training course aims to design and consider new alternative and hybrid methodologies and approaches to adapt to the post-pandemic job market and develop the competencies of our young people through
upgraded employability strategies.
Participant’s profile:
- 18+ years old;
- Speaking advanced English;
- Fully committed to the preparation and follow-up activities both online and frontal;
- Actively take part in the training course (frontal and online parts);
- Contribute to the multiplier impact of the project;
- Able to disseminate the project results accordingly;
- Responsible to deliver the final evaluation documents.
COSTS
This project is financed by Erasmus +, so all costs like travel, accommodation, and food during the exchange duration are covered.
Erasmus + program is covering the total costs of accommodation and food (3 meals per day + snacks) during the training course.
There is an annual membership for joining our mobility projects. The price of membership is different for active and passive members, volunteers, or newcomers, so for detailed info click here.
TRAVEL
Participants are buying tickets with the help of organizers and travel costs are going to be reimbursed after the project. The maximum travel reimbursement budget for a participant from Croatia is 275 EUR. Travel details are in the info pack. DO I NEED TO KNOW SOMETHING MORE?
Yes. There is no participation fee. But you are agreeing with the rules and conditions by signing the participation contract and including it in the application. Applications without a signed contract and CV are not going to be accepted. So, better be serious and read all the info about the project one more time including your personal time management!
HOW TO APPLY?
Fill out the application form for participants and send us the following documents to the email pr************@gm***.com:

– Signed participation contract (click to open).

SELECTED PARTICIPANTS
Selected participants will be informed about the results until the 20th of December 2022.
