ABOUT THE PROJECT
This international training is a part of the Erasmus+ project “Entrepreneurial resources for youth”. It has been designed to comply with one of the goals of the project, to offer Dragon Dreaming training to youth workers and young people in our communities.
The main objective of this course is to transmit the Dragon Dreaming Methodology to youth workers and young people of our strategic partnership.
A 10-day training in Spain will bring together 2 participants from each entity, to learn and experiment with a participative and creative technique of project design and entrepreneurship called “Dragon Dreaming”. The training will link each theoretical lesson to practical exercises in teams in order to define together the key areas necessary to start writing a sustainable project and how to involve and motivate participants throughout the duration of the project.
Dragon Dreaming method supports managing projects of any kind, focusing on the deep engagement of every member. It offers methods for the realisation of creative, collaborative and sustainable projects and organisations.
The method integrates holistic aspects which have long been ignored, separated or divided in our culture: our right and left brain hemispheres, logic and intuition, individual and environment, theory and practice, thought and action, work and play, success and failure.
PARTICIPANT’S EXPERIENCE FROM DRAGON DREAMING PROJECT IN CANTABRIA
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
We are looking for 2 participants who are:
- 18 +,
- Croatian residents,
- youth workers, young leaders, active members of associations,
- fluent in English,
- strongly motivated to engage in the project,
- have the interest to learn and are willing to participate actively,
- want to boost the quality of their projects.
COSTS
This project is financed by Erasmus +, so all costs like travel, accommodation, and food during the exchange duration are covered.
Erasmus + program is covering full costs of accommodation and food (3 meals per day + snacks) during the training course.
There is an annual membership for joining our mobility projects. The price of membership is different for active and passive members, volunteers, or newcomers, so for detailed info click here.
TRAVEL
Arrival date: April 3rd, 2022 at 17.00h. Dinner at 20.30h.
Course end: April 12th, 2022 at 20h
Departure date: April 13th, 2022 after breakfast.
Participants are buying tickets with the help of organizers and travel costs are going to be reimbursed after the project. The maximum travel reimbursement budget for a participant from Croatia is 275 EUR.
DO I NEED TO KNOW SOMETHING MORE?
Yes. There is no participation fee. But you are agreeing with rules and conditions by signing the participant contract and including it in the application. Applications without a signed contract and CV are not going to be accepted. So, better be serious and read all the info about the project one more time including your personal time management! 😉

SELECTED PARTICIPANTS
Selected participants will be informed about the results 72 hours after applying.
TO GOOD TO BE TRUE?
Even we are offering participation in this project “for free” it doesn’t mean it is free. As an organization, we are covering project administration costs and our young volunteers are working hard, investing their energy, knowledge and time to make this opportunity possible. Why? Because we are in love with mobility and striving to open even more international opportunities for young people and youth workers in Croatia and wider who invest time in self-development and make positive changes in their environments.
