Training Course “Enter Unity –EU4U” was youth initiative project whose focus was boosting awareness tools among youth workers, present challenges that candidate countries to EU face at that moment and sharing good practices from current member states.
The context and the origin of the project was the need of Europe to have young people actively engaged in the EU youth activities and the social need to empower them to do so. Solidarity of young people is an important goal of the European Union and this project aspired to cultivate just that. Practical workshops focused on promotion tools about youth opportunities that the European Union is giving, the importance of cultural exchange in young people’s life. Creative practical methods encouraged having a dialogue on the European Union, civic participation in nowadays challenges like migration, social crisis concerning refugees massive movement.
After the projects Strive! participants made o short video about the project. The video won the competition for 30 years of Erasmus+ organized by AMPEU!
The project gathered 36 youth workers from 10 different countries and representatives of Croatia and Association Strive! were: Danka Brumen, Mateja Gabor, and Jelena Novak.
