Project “Involvement LAB- way to engage!” is an eight-day training course for leaders, youth workers, and motivated youngsters who organize a youth exchange and want to play the role of the youth leader. Project based on the fact, that group leaders from different NGO are able to increase the quality of Youth Exchanges through finding appropriate models of motivating young to participate actively there and gain new skills and knowledge. The aim of the project is to improve quality of Youth Exchanges (in frames of Erasmus +) by providing space for YE group leaders to develop their competences, focusing on motivation and learning support. The youth training was held in Poronin, Poland from 9th to 17th of November 2015. That was the first official partnership of Association Strive! Participants of our organization were Željana Andabak and Ivan Kapustić.
