Maya the Bee is an inspirational writing full of optimism and self-confidence where Maya represents the ideal citizen, and her beehive represents a well- organized militarist society. What happens when Maya leaves her beehive?

Inspired by the main character of Bonsels novel, the goal of this action was to spread positive energy throughout the whole town and to cheer up children in the hospital with stories of Maya’s adventures.
