Mateja Gabor is one of the Strive! founders and is working as Project Manager in the association. She has 4 years of experience with Erasmus + projects as coordinator of more than 20 youth mobility projects and participant in more than 15 exchanges (YE, TC, TCA, Seminar). She is passionate about creating and working on international youth projects while her goal within the organization is to open new learning and mobility opportunities for young people across Europe. Topics she loves to work on are youth entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, STEM, and creativity. Mateja graduated Bussiness Economics at the University of Zagreb in June 2016 and during her studies has been awarded two prestige scholarships: Zaklada Luka (2014/2015) and Erasmus student exchange scholarship for ISM University in Kaunas, Lithuania (2014).
Jelena Novak is finishing her Master degree in Architecture at Technical University in Vienna, Austria. Her active involvement in youth work started a few years ago when she founded Association Strive! together with colleagues. Her role in the association is Partnership Coordinator and she is selecting potential partners for Erasmus + project, preparing mandates and communicating with partners during the whole duration of a project. Jelena is describing her role in association as a bridge between Europe and Croatia. Until now, she managed to coordinate more than 20 successful partnerships and participate in 7 Erasmus + projects abroad.
Danka Brumen is the source of creativity in Strive! She has 10 years of experience in working with theatre Pinklec and drama club Dada, where she performed in more than 100 theatre plays for kids and youngsters. She is a part of Strive! team since 2016 and works on the position of Project and Volunteer Coordinator in Strive! Her main job regarding mobility projects is to prepare participants for the exchange by helping them with activity preparation, travel plan arrangements, insurance, and documentation. Until now, she prepared 50+ participants for exchange projects and participated as a youth worker in 7 Erasmus + projects. Danka is also a professional nanny with 3 years of working experience in UK and Ireland.
Tamara Žganec works as EVS coordinator and trainer in NGO Mojo de Cana in Las Palmas, Spain. She is one of the founders of Association Strive! Tamara is passionate about the projects regarding human rights and social inclusion. She participated in more than 20 mobility projects within Erasmus+ as a trainer, youth worker, young leader and EVS volunteer. Tamara holds Master degree in Social Pedagogy.
